Refunds And Cancellation Policy

Introduction
Virrgo Network is committed to providing high-quality services, and we stand behind our work. However, we understand that there may be situations where refunds or cancellations are necessary. This Refunds/Cancellation Policy outlines the circumstances under which these requests are considered.
Consulting Services: Once consulting services are initiated or completed, they are non-refundable. If the service has not yet begun, you may request a full refund within 7 business days of the order date.
Subscription Services: Subscriptions to any ongoing services can be canceled at any time. However, refunds will not be issued for any unused portion of the current billing cycle.
Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of downloadable or online content are final and non-refundable unless there is a technical issue preventing access to the product.
Physical Products: If applicable, refunds for physical products are only provided in cases of defects or damage during shipment. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt of the product, and the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Client-Initiated Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a service, you must notify us in writing at least 48 hours prior to the service's commencement for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Service Provider Cancellation: Virrgo Network reserves the right to cancel services at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the client.
To be eligible for a refund:
• The service must not have been fully delivered or completed.
• You must submit a refund request within the specified time frame.
• Any refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
The following are non-refundable:
• Custom development or consulting projects where significant work has already been completed.
• Services explicitly marked as non-refundable in the service agreement.
• Payments for expedited services or rush orders.

In the event of a dispute regarding a refund or cancellation, you agree to work directly with Virrgo Network to seek a resolution before pursuing external remedies.
Virrgo Network reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated on our website, and continued use of our services after such modifications implies acceptance.
