Service Refunds
• Consulting Services: Once consulting services are initiated or
completed, they are
non-refundable. If the service has not yet begun, you may request a full refund
within 7
business days of the order date.
• Subscription Services: Subscriptions to any ongoing services can
be canceled at
any
time. However, refunds will not be issued for any unused portion of the current
billing
cycle.
Product Refunds
• Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales
of downloadable or online
content are final and non-refundable unless there is a technical issue preventing
access to
the product.
• Physical Products: If applicable, refunds for physical products
are only provided in
cases of defects or damage during shipment. Returns must be requested within 14 days
of
receipt of the product, and the product must be unused and in its original
packaging.
Cancellation Policy
• Client-Initiated Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a service,
you must notify us

writing at least 48 hours prior to the service's commencement for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation
fee.
• Service Provider Cancellation: Virrgo Network reserves the right
to cancel
services at
any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be
issued to
the client.

• The service must not have been fully delivered or completed.
• You must submit a refund request within the specified time frame.
• Any refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days
of
approval.
Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable:
• Custom development or consulting projects where significant work has already been
completed.
• Services explicitly marked as non-refundable in the service agreement.
• Payments for expedited services or rush orders.
